Qualifying first authors of abstracts submitted to the ISLS 2025 may apply for a Travel Grant Award. Grant application is completed by ticking a box within the abstract submission system. Awards are given to presenters of oral or E-poster presentations that are to be presented at the ISLS 2025 Congress. 

For those attending onsite, the award consists of:  

• one complimentary congress registration,   

• three nights' accommodation at the congress hotel, and   

• reimbursement of travel expenses (economy flight, train ticket or mileage) up to 750 USD. 

*Reimbursement will be made after the meeting by bank transfer. 

Candidates must have submitted an abstract as the first author that has been accepted for oral or E-poster presentation at the ISLS 2025 Congress. Award applicants will be notified in July 2025.

Travel Grants recipients will receive a one-year complimentary International Society of Liver Surgeons (ISLS) membership.
